We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Online Shop Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Online Shop Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Website to purchase products.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2.1 – Delivery Policy
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
Deliveries will be made by Sport.com using our chosen courier service. If nobody is available to receive the product the courier will post a note through the door and take the delivery to your nearest depot.
We do not deliver to PO Box numbers, hotels or hostels.
SECTION 2.2 – Returns Policy: Refunds & Exchanges
Customers may return items to Sport.com.
If you purchased a product from other retailers, you will need to follow their return policies. We will only accept returns for items bought on this Website. We cannot accept any items purchased through other distribution channels. Proof of purchase is required in the form of an original invoice.
If you purchased a product directly from our online store, Sport.com accepts product refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in new condition. The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Returns are free if the product was delivered either damaged or defective, otherwise customers are required to cover the cost of return shipping.
To make a domestic or international return, follow steps 1-3 below:
1. Create a ticket with Sport.com website with the following information:
1.1. The order number or order confirmation email;
1.2. Reason for the return: Did not fit / I changed my mind / Wrong item sent / Arrived damaged / Quality issues;
1.3. Indicate whether you want an exchange or refund;
2. Sport.com will provide you with a shipping label with a return address and you should tape it on the return package and take it to the postal facility of your choice. A carrier with tracking is recommended. You are responsible for the shipment so it is also recommended that you insure the package.
3. Your return will be processed within 72 hours of being received by Sport.com. Once received, we will check the product to make sure it’s unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. If the package meets these requirements, we will issue you a full refund or exchange as requested. (items must be received by Sport.com within 14 days of issuing the refund request)
A support representative will inform you when the return has been completed. Refunds/replacements can take up to 14 business days before appearing on your PayPal/Credit account.
Note: Sport.com will not accept customs charges on international returns.
SECTION 2.3 – Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com.

Sales items will be refunded their sales price, as per the original invoice, under the terms of our Returns Policy.
